This Privacy Policy describes how the Resilient Path mobile application ("App", "we", "our", or "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, health data, or user-generated content on our own servers. All workbook entries, symptom logs, and health tool data are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
The only data processing that occurs is through our third-party service providers:
- Subscription & Payment Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat Inc. to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription. We do not have access to your credit card number, billing address, or other financial details.
- AI Chat Messages: When you use the AI Therapist Guide feature, your chat messages are routed through Cloudflare Inc. (Worker proxy) to Google LLC (Gemini API) for processing. These messages are processed temporarily to generate responses.
- Basic Device Information: RevenueCat may collect basic device identifiers (such as a vendor ID) solely for subscription management purposes. This data is not used for advertising or tracking.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Names, email addresses, or account credentials
- Health or medical information (stored locally only)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or files
- Browsing history or usage analytics
- Advertising identifiers
3. How Your Data Is Used
The limited data processed through our third-party providers is used exclusively to:
- Verify and manage your subscription status
- Process payments through Apple or Google
- Provide AI-powered support through Google's Gemini API
- Provide customer support for subscription-related issues
4. Third-Party Services & Data Retention
Our App uses the following third-party services, each with their own data retention and deletion policies:

- Data Retention: Messages are not stored; processed only in transit

5. Data Storage & Security
All app content (workbook entries, symptom logs, medication records, and health tool data) is stored locally on your device only. If you uninstall the App, this data will be permanently deleted. We do not maintain backups of your local data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. To manage your subscription, use the subscription management features in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings on your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
